I never really understood those shoe cubby things. I always thought they were for people who were overly uptight about how clean their floors were (like they were for eating off of instead of for walking on). I tended to leave my shoes on so my feet didn't get cold. Of course, this was also when I owned and wore one pair of (tennis) shoes at a time. Now that I have work shoes and play shoes and standing-for-long-periods-of-time shoes...shoes come on and off a lot more. And the work shoes...they tend to collect downstairs in the kitchen. Officially making us one of those families that needs a shoe cubby or two.

Day 363/365--Shoes
