I realized this week, as we catapult into fall, that I had spent pretty much no time this summer out on the deck, soaking up the sun and the trees and the breeze. Determined to rectify this glaring omission and take advantage of the amazing weather, I took my blogging outside. Listening to the birds and the small critters running through the underbrush reminded me of why this house was THE house--the proximity to nature is unbeatable. The time outside refreshed and recharged me, reminding me why I need to do this more often.

Day 349/365--The Life
I realized this week, as we catapult into fall, that I had spent pretty much no time this summer out on the deck, soaking up the sun and the trees and the breeze.
