Today I stopped and took a good look at the night stand on my side of the bed. How does this stuff even end up here? The hubby's dead cell phone. A flier from our train trip in (oh my goodness) April. A toothbrush holder removed from the bathroom a month ago when we made the switch to a bowl instead. Cat grooming paraphernalia. A lone earplug of the hubby's. Buttons off new clothes. An eyeglass cleaning cloth. A coaster. The old, dead alarm clock. And, the only intentionally home-d item on the thing--the alarm clock. Perhaps it's time to enter decluttering mode.

Day 336/365--Bedside Manner
