Last winter, we framed some art over the desk. All the prints were supposed to get framed, but two of the frames arrived with broken glass. Distracted by our housewarmng party and the holidays, I failed to get them returned in time, so eventually I ordered more frames. Only the ones I received were the wrong ones and customer service decided to ignore me after an initial conversation. Then, yesterday, it dawned on me. The wrong frames had intact glass. That I could remove and put in the original frames! Huzzah! So today I did just that and, finally, these two prints are framed. Now I just need to break out the Dremel to install the hangers and we can get them up on the wall. : D
