As I came downstairs this morning, I spotted Jack, intently watching the world outside. This is a favorite kitty hangout. They watch birds, bugs, and occasionally us so we leave the blinds pulled up, just a bit, for easy viewing access. Someday this will be a proper dining room and we'll probably add drapes or other window coverings, but I think we'll always make sure there is enough room at the bottom to allow easy kitty access.
