See that side of the bed? That's my side of the bed. I'm not really sure how that happened as we never used to have sides of the bed but now we do and that one is mine. See that book? And the bathrobe? Those are not mine, but I know exactly how those happened. A certain tall fellow who sleeps on the other side of the bed likes to collect things on my side of the bed during the day. I should be thankful, I suppose, that I only find myself removing books, and robes, and belts, and the occasional Kleenex. After all, his magpie tendencies could extend to small, sharp objects, and those would be considerably more difficult to spot in a sleepy haze.

Day 273/365--Encroachment
See that side of the bed? That's my side of the bed. I'm not really sure how that happened as we never used to have sides of the bed but now we do and that one is mine. See that book? And the bathrobe? Those are not mine, but I know exactly how those happened. A certain tall fellow who sleeps on the other side of the bed likes to collect things on my side of the bed during the day. I should be thankful, I suppose, that I only find myself removing books, and robes, and belts, and the occasional Kleenex.
