Tonight I did something I haven't really done since I got my laptop. I sat at my desk and used a computer. In fact, since getting a laptop, my desk has become mostly a catch all. I set my water on it, while typy-typing from the couch. I toss power cables and magical transfer-the-pictures-off-the-camera cables onto it. I keep the bills I've paid up there until I finally move them to the "to be filed" pile. Because the whole concept for the room was built around the "two desks behind the couch" core, it's challenging my whole notion of how the room works. Is there a better way? Should it be one desk and something else? Two desks, but add storage and things to my desk? Hubby will probably not give up his desktop anytime soon and I do occasionally need a real desk for mouse intensive things (like working from home).

Day 239/365--Desktop
