In order to bake today, I was cleaning off the island. And what did I find but little Christmas cactus leaves strewn on the surface. Ah, cats. It's so sweet of them to help me decorate. In all honesty though, the poor things are looking a little peaked. I know cacti aren't supposed to need much water, and I certainly haven't been overwatering them. But maybe under watering? Or maybe they need to be pruned? I should probably look into it and see what care they actually require. I have a rather astonishingly brown thumb.
