Today a friend and I had a "phone date". We chatted happily away while we each cleaned our respective abodes. I focused on the bedroom. To take it from a haphazard smattering of stuff on the floor to a calming space. I decluttered, sorted, and relocated. I finally put the pillow shams I received over the summer onto our large reading pillows. I put on clean sheets and made the bed. And when I was done...sanctuary. It's far from done, but for what we have right now, furniture and decor wise, this is about as good as it gets. Clean and pulled together. Or as the hubby said when he walked in later "Wow! I haven't seen it this empty since we moved in!" >_<
