Jack has a lock on how to open our handled doors (and drawers too now, as several of the kitchen drawers that were most definitely shut this morning were most definitely open this evening.). The most common victim to this madness is my craft room door because it swings open very easily. So to prevent the madness and mayhem that comes from two cats with unfettered access to paper, fabric, and tasty stuffy toys we have devised this ingenious so-far kitty-proof device mechanism--place broom behind handle. It's very classy.
