Yes, we're doing it! We're really, really, doing it! On Dec 5th, we're having a house warming party! And here's proof--the invitations from the lovely PepperDot. (We are using these and I love them.) I've been looking forward to a house warming party since we made an offer on the house and we are finally at a place where it makes sense to do so. Sure, we don't have everything in line with our vision yet but that will take years and I'm pretty sure it stops making sense to have a housewarming party after about a year. Aside from which--I want to meet our neighbors! We've got the kitchen, rec room, master bed room, and craft room set up. All we really need to do is clean out the garage (not required for the party though), stow a few final boxes, and hang some more artwork. Which is very doable in the next month.
