Skip Day

Today's skip day is brought to you by some much needed estrogen soaked talking to other females time.

This evening's schedule went like so:

5:30 Leave Work
5:30-6:30 Attend Society of Women Engineers Meeting, get excited about next week's National Conference (in Long Beach, CA!)
6:30-7:30 Chat with a new SWE member about my job, my company, and how to break into a similar field
7:30-8:30 Run into the bookstore to use their restroom. Upon exiting discovered that there is now a FML book (my husband adores that site). While examining said book, run into another SWE member. Chat. Get reminded that I will need reading while on the plane to Long Beach.
8:30-9:00 Shop for books
9:00-9:30 Drive home
