This weekend I am having company over. We'll have been in the house roughly a month. (You call it insanity, I call it motivation.) In an attempt to not have them staring at boxes and steering around furniture, I've been moving things upstairs. (I may even venture to unpack some of it!) A goodly number of the boxes in the study went to the kitty barricade and tonight I brought up the remainder, leaving only lamps, some furniture, and art to be hung. Slow and steady is not my natural pace, but somehow it's working and I'm sticking with it. Who knew unpacking could be such a growing experience?
