Wedding Bells

The blog will be quiet for the next few days. Tomorrow at the unholy hour of 5:30 AM I will be boarding a plane back to California. And, until I return late Monday night, I will be bridesmaid (matron?) in chief. One of my very best friends (we met at 13, roomed together for 3 years in college) is getting married! They got engaged last Christmas, while we were home visiting, so I got to hear the news first hand and oggle the ring. :)



I'm really looking forward to hanging out with my friend and taking part in a wedding mania where I might actually get to talk to the other guests. Being so far away meant I couldn't tag along for dress shopping or fittings or help assemble invites, but I've done my best to help via email. I'm excited about my dress (it's too cute!) and seeing my hubby in a suit, and taking a couple of days off work, and seeing my family, and just the whole event. I plan on having pictures when I get back, so until then, have a great weekend!
